The Brother Wolf Foundation is exploring collaborations with two Wolf education centers in Europe: Wolfcenter GbR in Germany: wolfcenter.de, and Wolf Science Center in Austria: wolfscience.at. In addition, we are talking with two Austrian and German animal communication researchers about acting as consultants for our proposed Canine Communication Research Project. As well, we are reaching out to the Native American community, to collaborate with them and support their efforts on behalf of Wolves.
The following book (Title translation: Wolves Living in the Wilds: Possibilities and Limitations for Protection of Livestock) is written by Frank Fass, cofounder of the German Wolf Center. It is a thorough and authoritative resource on how to orchestrate a peaceful coexistence between Wolves and livestock. The current edition is in German, and an English edition would contribute to the already-rich body of knowledge on the topic by making the material accessible to Wolf researchers and managers across Europe and North America. It is our desire to explore and help support the translation of this book.
