Phase 1. A committee of interested parties, called to order by the Interim Coordinator, shall select an Executive Director, who will implement and oversee phases 2-7. Phase 2. Secure Non-Profit status. Phase 3. Assemble an Advisory Board, which is to include, but not be limited to: • Native American cultural and spiritual leaders • prominent authors of Wolf related literature • state and federal Wolf researchers and habitat restoration specialists • directors of sister Wolf advocacy organizations • heads of regional and national environmental organizations Phase 4. Establish a board of directors and membership structure. Phase 5. Network with organizations of similar purpose. Phase 6. Establish a funding base. Phase 7. Site selection and facility construction. Phase 8. Full implementation. |
